To: Partners, Trustees, International Staff The background papers for the 2006 World Congress, taking place in Rotorua, New Zealand, on 2 – 4 November 2006, are now available in the Background Papers & Reports database.

Printed copies are being couriered to Partner offices, with a set for each delegate, along with a set for any Partner Chair or Director who will not be attending. We ask that each office inform the delegates that the papers are now available electronically, and also forward the printed copies when they arrive.
